Refund policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

You may return any unused and unopened item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact and no signs of use. Please contact us at destinybathbodywork@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending your item back. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: We do not accept returns on used products due to hygiene reasons. Clearance or promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.
